- Mix until a creamy consistency is formed.

Preparation:
- Mix 2 tablespoons Tahini CEREN, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey and a little water.
- Stir well until you get a creamy consistency.
- Pour over salad and serve.
