🥗 Quinoa salad with avocado and roasted nuts
Preparation:
- Cook 150 g quinoa according to package instructions and allow to cool.
- Dice 1 avocado and toast 1 handful of walnuts.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of KIKKOMAN GLUTEN-FREE soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and the juice of half a lemon to make a dressing.
- Mix everything in a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.
🍗 Marinated chicken breast with garlic and lemon
Preparation:
- Marinate 2 chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of KIKKOMAN GLUTEN-FREE soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove and a little olive oil (at least 30 minutes).
- Fry in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
